Role of SYB
SYB acts as an intermediary platform for the creation and management of tasting experiences between users ("Hosts") and participants ("Guests"). SYB does not directly organize events nor provide catering or food service.
Payments and Stripe Connect
All payments are managed through Stripe Connect.
Host Responsibilities
The Host guarantees that the proposed experience: • complies with applicable regulations (legal drinking age, capacity limits, safety, etc.); • does not violate third-party rights or local laws; • is conducted as described on the platform. SYB is not responsible for any damages, cancellations, or user behavior during the event.
Verification and Payment
Payment to the Host occurs only after verification of the experience by the SYB team or based on participant feedback. SYB reserves the right to withhold funds in case of disputes, cancellations, or violations of these Terms.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation by the Host, amounts will be fully refunded to users. In case of cancellation by participants, the refund policies indicated on the SYB platform apply.
Taxation
Each Host is responsible for declaring their income from activities conducted through SYB, according to their country's tax regulations. SYB does not act as an employer nor withhold taxes on behalf of the Host.
